Her bold, authoritative candid style of preaching and prophesying has provoked her followers to pursue a lifestyle of honor, integrity and wisdom. She has prophesied over countless lives and like the prophet Samuel, not one word has fallen to the ground.

PASTOR RICKY BANNER
Senior Pastor.
Pastor Rickey Banner is a native Washingtonian and the eldest son of Prophetess Deborah K. Webb. As a great teacher and disciplinarian, she instilled invaluable qualities in him that established his integrity, intelligence, loyalty, work ethic and sincerity. At the tender age of five, his family experienced a conversion to Pentecostalism and a short time later, Pastor started to become more involved in ministry.
During these years, he also matriculated through the DMV public school systems as well as obtained a bachelor’s degree in theology. Pastor Banner was ordained and licensed as a minister of the gospel in June 1998. The lifelong parental training and discipline he received, were now great tools being implemented to help shape the young minister into an effective servant.
